First thing to do is look for the valve stem. Once you find that, the rest is pretty easy. (Well I guess there is the matter of inflating without the aid of an air compressor, so the next step is to find someone with a really strong pair of lungs.)

First you need a hole in it. Try putting one directly in the center, and then maybe more ideas will come to you.
