    Will any fall into your bowl? My bassets love veg – beans, carrots, you name it. Not to say that, like you, they will steal and not the veg but the meat. I got into a tug of war with my basset for the leg of lamb. He was winning until I reached over and pinched his nose closed so he had to open his mouth a little to breathe. Then I gave a big jerk and got it back.
