Oh I had a big turtle my grandma got for me and I named Red…..well Red got pregnant and had little babies and a year later he passed away. So sad but I had the babies for a couple years more.
I read an article that said turtles never cover more than a mile in their entire lives. If you pick one up and relocate it, it spends the rest of its life looking for something familiar.
