A dollar went a lot further in 1928 than it does today.

They’re obviously on a moon of Saturn. Maybe they’ll find one of their cars buried there?

I was saving a couple of the old $20 bills until I researched the value of old currency. Looking at what 50yr, 100yr, and even older paper currency is worth today, I was disappointed to find it’s value only accumulated at about the rate of inflation. I decided to spend them before they become unrecognizable and get rejected.

I knew some old retired guys from the Newport News Shipyard. They said back in their day they were paid in silver dollars. I bet they wish they could’ve hung onto them.

Oh yeah, well the other day I found a 1936 Buck Rodger’s Solar Scouts pin. Beat that!

Just gives voice to the conspiracy theorists that the moon landing was a Hollywood production. Some leftover buried item from a silent or early speakie.

Doctor Who has been trying to find that Silver Dollar to make sure it doesn’t get back in circulation. Something about a curse from the future.

Wonder if this is a reference to Fritz Lang’s Woman in the Moon (Frau im Mond)?
