    The world is run by individuals who are, from the time they are about 12 until their death, controlled by testosterone, as much as women are controlled by their hormones. Since women are sane most of the time, the effect of the hormone flare-ups is noticeable. Men are always controlled by their hormones, so we have wars, aggressiveness and selfish ambition. We don’t call it a hormone flare-up, simply because they never flare down.
