I had a friend who would never eat meatloaf as an adult. He said he hated his mothers, and assumed they were all the same. His family had 6 kids and the construction worker father was often out of work, I assume it was more “loaf” than “meat”. My meatloaf is 2/3 ground beef, 1/3 ground pork or sausage. Maybe 1/2 cup of panko breadcrumbs just to say I added some. He still wouldn’t try it.

I made a meatloaf on Monday using the air fryer. Turned out great. Made so much I ate meatloaf for three days.
