Around here people sit on their porches drinking beer and hollering if necessary. When I was in my early teens there was an old man who would sit on his porch drinking his beer. Now and then he would cough and clear his throat. We’d fake cough and clear our throats. The sad thing is, I’m probably older now than what he was back then. The view looks a lot different from your own porch in the dark…
