Considering that your only function is comic relief, I suggest a demented six year old and a joke book.

In our company HR would add something nonsensical like ‘executive vice-president of …’ to his job title. Employee goes away flattered to amend their CV, company gets another year of cheap labor. Everyone wins. kinda.
