Bad meatloaf is a discomfort food.

I had to eat that stuff as a kid. I still don’t like it.

What kind of diner is this? No bottles of ketchup, hot sauce, steak sauce on the counter (to kill the taste of the food).

Easy to make meatloaf. Don’t give it any work to do.

I’ve had pretty good meatloaf at home and in cafeterias. I don’t know that I’ve ever seen it as an item on a restaurant menu. Maybe some diner type places do have it. I’ve just never seen it.

I loathe meatloaf. “Good meatloaf” is an oxymoron to me.
