Our first husky was an escape artist: broke chains, defeated the invisible fence collar, destroyed the clasp on his chain, buried an invisible fence collar ($250, never did find it). Our current husky (a rescue from NYC) rarely leaves the back deck. We no longer even bother with the invisible fence collar.
