@Linguist Today’s strip IS funny , our poor HERO Mr Andrew Capp is brought crashed and burning by Flo about his choice of nags he bets on :o) Andy looks miffed in the last frame, my avatar is a poster of a lady lawyer offering her legal services , which is wise no male has ever won an argument with a woman , I never have , how about you? come avete passato la vostra giornata mio meno vecchio amico? our day is a bit hectic , my better half is being taken to the general hospital for an out- patients visit buy our youngest son Alex to see the surgeon and given an appointment for diagnostic surgery but I hope things turn out well God willing, stay safe BCNU pal

Health issues are always nerve wracking, but it’s good we can find out what needs fixing. Keeping you and “better half” in front row for blessings.

Andy is an avid follower of the horses. Alas, the horses he follows follow other horses.

Like the old saying “unless you’re the lead dog the view never changes”

But nary a photo, even in memory, of any kind of ribbon.

Andy bet on a horse named FLASH. Unfortunately, it wasn’t because it had a photographic memory, or was it called that because it was really fast, or even because it was a really bright horse. It was called FLASH because it stood for Finishes Last As Slowest Horse!

He’s thinking of that Scandinavian horse Photo Finnish.

Man, talk about bum luck!
