In real life, it was to cool down warm-blooded dinosaurs. It was a radiator, not a solar panel.

When I was a little kid I thought they hurled themselves backward on their prey or on predators and sliced them open with it.

BC must be in the “The Land that Time Forgot”.

The finbacks predate the dinos, the dinos predate birds (sort of), birds predate people (thou both are still hear).

“The Land that Time Forgot” is a good read, but the movie makers can’t seem to get it right.

    Bye, bye Cave Dwellers \\//_

You need some energy there too, Bub. You’re looking pretty sluggish there.

    Good morning, BCers

It gets me how the scientists paint dinosours in these drab colors. I was there and I know that they were luminiscent pinks and purples with stripes and poka dots and they had little blinking lights under their skin. My best friend died when he was scrambling a dinosour egg and fell in the yoke and drowned.

RCMinor, you’re not too far off. We now know there was no such thing as Brontosaurus because a paleontologist put the wrong head on an Apatosaurus’ body. And now we know that there was no such thing as a Triceratops because it was really a juvenile Torosaurus. And their frill was ornamental because it was too fragile for fighting.
