Reminds me of teh Star Trek Next Generation where Wesley goes on the grass to get a frisbee or something like that. His penalty for breaking that law is death. Glad the long arm of the law has a bit of sense.
A quick-thinking officer goes and gets them both, because cops have a certain small leeway for such things. Then again, he’d have already brought the ball back already if he wasn’t bent on lording it over Random Kid here.
