Wait for the first wind to blow.

Even before Nancy helped out, it was pretty orderly for a dump. Bushmiller didn’t like to draw genuine messes.

Panel one is what most of the vacant lots in the city look like. The actual dump (landfill) is much much larger and piled way way higher.

I like it. She’s a candidate to build the next Watts Towers.

She has a good heart.
