High hat/Top hat. Reminds me of a 1960’s Chinese restaurant in the Portland area called the High Hat.

Sluggo went on to be a drummer the likes of which Bonham, Moon, Peart, and Baker could never top!

Sluggo managed to give himself one in the eye.

It wasn’t a hat but it was a hit. A hit for Sluggo by Sluggo.

Ha, ha—serves him right!!

BTW, how about the expression of “concern” on the man’s face?
