I just read an article about how the art of casual conversation is dying. With everything that is going on these days we’re stressed and obsessed. It has become rare to stop and smell the roses. IMHO if we keep denying the problems exist our stress will grow. But if we face the problems and try to deal with them we will have hope. I’m not saying that we will have success but having hope is a success in itself. And having hope reduces stress.
