Well, first one has to find one’s muse, that alone can take up an entire morning. Then there’s the thinking about thinking, the actual thinking, then the thinking about drawing, the actual drawing, then you got your break to rest from all of the thinking and drawing, and before you know it, it’s lunchtime, then thinking about lettering,…etc. So it would seem to me there’s lots to do.

You should read Wallace The Brave by Will Henry right here on Go Comics. His attention to detail and colors is amazing at times.

Ralph should know, he’s on a first name basis with a cartoonist.
