My guess is that Marigold switched bodies with Adam after she and Phoebe were finished.

kid should be happy his dad is cleaning the garage…and that he isn’t having to do it or help his dad…

And where did Adam put all the stuff he cleaned out from the garage?

Even if it’s a difficult client Adam needs the income.
