Never use to take naps. I couldn’t understand how my Mom could take a 30 minute nap everyday when she got older and lived in her retirement home. Now I take one often enough to understand. Our bodies just don’t charge as fast as we get older. My naps are usually an hour, late in the afternoon. It allows me to stay up in the evening to watch TV. The only time it’s even turned on.

Don’t let Patty spot you doing this sort of thing. She’s been doing research on what to do with you …

That’s me today. Working from home and I can’t stay awake (and am on Gocomics instead of working, too).

I feel like that from ~1:45 to ~2:15pm every day. I’ve done the micro nap only once though.

I’ve never developed the ability to do that, naps just make tireder.

That’s me, too, except my mini-naps tend to last over an hour.

I agree with Ben 100%. Being retired, it also helps my attitude.
