At my age, abusing my body is out of the question, but it lets me know anyway.
It’s not knowing you’re getting to be older; it’s not knowing how old you’re going to get to be.
I knew I was aging a decade ago when I started finding limits to how hard and how long I could work without serious consequences
At 58 I know my limits, doesn’t mean I don’t push them
It beats the alternative!
I consider every year as something I accomplished myself, not a crime that was done to me. Now the arthralgia, fatigue, hemorrhoids, etc. are another story.
