Let’s see… Elephant poop falling from, say, 10,000 feet… at 32 feet per second, per second… to a terminal velocity of… roughly 167 miles per hour… That would definitely be lethal!

I would watch for the fallout…..

In one of Terry Pratchett’s books, invaders used toboggans to get the elephants down the mountains.

Getting ‘em up there was hard enough, but the landing’s gonna be a real beach!
