Well as a matter of fact, I needed tech support last night from verizon. Spoke with a very helpful Indian gentleman. I could hear other tech operators in the background, and they were all Indian! I wonder wlhen verizon outsourced their tech section?
I actually did have a conversation with a very nice young man in India while making a call for tech assistance…
We exchanged newsy bits about the respective weather conditions and such…it was pleasant1
