Nate actually has a point. There are many kinds of intelligence and wisdom, and everybody is good at something. The kind of intelligence that scores high on a traditional IQ test often comes at a cost of common sense and/or practical wisdom, or awkwardness and trouble with social relationships. High IQ is a talent that can be applied well in life or not; high IQ people can be successes or failures in adult work and relationships, and aren’t any qualitatively better than any one else. If you’re gifted with high IQ, you should stay humble about it and find a way to use it well.

Apparently Nate actually had a high iq. I forgot which strip that was said though.
