Have had dogs for 30 years now and none of them were the type that rolled in stink. Present one loves to roll in fresh grass with the morning’s dew on it.
Our St Bernard would squirm around on the carpet and rub her head on the floor like she was trying to scratch her own ears, it was really cute when she did it in her sleep

I will never under stand that. Dogs rolling around in “interesting” smells. I think it is the equivalent of carrying a message.
