Truth #1: The chaos is the point.
The first and perhaps only term of America’s 45th president started with a ludicrous claim of “alternative facts.”
It ends with a bonfire of deception that has cost hundreds of thousands of lives. Millions are out of jobs, out of school, at risk of losing their homes.
The broadest racial justice movement in a generation has been discounted and demonized.
All because of this, the most consistent feature of Donald Trump’s presidency: He lives in a world of alternative facts so complete, it seals him off even from the danger to the only thing he cares about—himself.
It seemed so absurd when they first rolled out the term, back in January 2017. Kellyanne Conway stood there, in front of the White House, doubling down on the outlandish claim that Trump had drawn the largest inauguration crowd ever.
The photos plainly showing otherwise. “Don’t be so overly dramatic,” she berated Chuck Todd; the White House had just been providing alternative facts.
We didn’t fully know it then, but making sense was not the goal. The Trump M.O. is not to lie convincingly.
It is, in fact, the opposite—to distort the truth so blatantly that going along requires a cultish willingness to suspend disbelief.
You are on Team Trump if you repeat his lies, no matter how implausible. And not to do so, to side with Team Reality, is the ultimate “You’re fired!” offense.
That’s why he makes such a show of punishing those who resist his gaslighting.
“The ultimate goal of this president is to get you to disbelieve what you’ve seen and what you’ve heard,” says Alexander Vindman, whom Trump had demonstratively marched out of his office after he testified in the impeachment hearings.
If we had perfect order, we’d wish for a little chaos. Dems generally keep the wave modulated between the poles, dampening volatility. The problem with Trump* was the noise swamped the signal.
70 million people just did the most powerful thing that they could do: vote, for a man who is killing them. This is a type of gullibility that goes far beyond misinformation, it has now entered the realm of madness. It is clear what has brought on this madness, it is the pivot, by the Republican party in 1980, to turn against the people by turning against their government. The only tool they had was the big lie and they told it 24/7 on national propaganda channels financed by dark money from the Republican elite. And sure enough, Goebbels was right, propaganda does work, and 40 years of it will not just get you the votes you need, it will turn your voters brains into mush. The Nazis only had propaganda control of the German people for 10 years, the GOP has had it for 40, and they will still have it after Biden is elected. This propaganda machine will destroy democracy and this country if it is not stopped.
And now, in what sounds like a death bed confession, Charles Koch is “Sorry”.
Maybe he doesn’t want to be remembered for the monumental damage he has caused. We’ll see if he peels off one or two of his billions to dismantle the extreme right wing structure he has assembled.
It is all part of the evil package of revolution by traitors.
Cruelty is just the macho icing on the cake of despair as the would be dictator shows his oats with unneeded separation of children from their parents then incarcerating them while the parents are sent back. Posturing for his peers which are all the dictators of the world today. He wants so very hard to be one of them. Bigly hard.
Chaos is the growth medium for evil and means of hiding as they do what they want with little or no scrutiny. When real mayhem happens be wary an look at them more closely to see what they do. You cannot trust them in anyway except to be evil. Trump has already killed over 140,00 people by his lack of interest in saving lives and is all for herd immunity by herd destruction by COVID19 as the murder weapon.
Dismantling of and deforming the D.O.J. into his hand puppet was to protect him from anyone trying to use laws to unseat him. He wants to stay for the long haul. Power is not only habit forming it gets you everything else you would ever want. Why do you think the unscrupulous want it? Different from the scrupulous who exist in greater numbers and see it as a duty not a means to and end for them.
They need to be stopped. Thoroughly and totally. Waiting just makes it harder. They ignore the law, we shouldn’t ignore them.

As indicted embezzler and former Trump strategist Steve Bannon says, flood the news zone with s#!t, so it makes getting to the truth very costly.
This has been going on for a long time and at this point, Trump Disciples have no use for the truth, if they ever did.
Examples abound, but the most tragic is that they believe that millions of deaths will lead us to herd mentality, as Their Messiah claims.
