    How do you know those foods are bad for you? The medical establishment makes new discoveries every day that contradict previous opinions. On eggs, for example, the current medical opinion is that they do not raise your cholesterol, even though they do contain some. When you research it on line, you’ll find that every part of the egg is good for you, including the yolk. Among other things, they are low fat and high protein.
