Cats, especially young cats, do love their toys. I had a particularly athletic cat who would play hard with her catnip mice. I came in one day to see her leaping in mid-air with one mouse in her mouth and one grasped in each of her forepaws. It was a once-in-a-lifetime chance to see feline prowess at its best.

Early this my Covid spent a great deal of time diligently chasing his tail.
