I remember an interview with Keanu Reeves (back before he was cool again) talking about how some events might define your life, have made you the person you are today, but you’ll only think about them and remember them a few times before you die.
I couldn’t find the exact quote, but I think about it a bit. It was pretty remarkable for someone whose most profound statement seemed to be “whoa, dude”.
