I was sure he was talking about Republican efforts at gerrymandering, voter suppression, venal registration hurdles, Russian hacking, false ballot boxes and missing ballots…Huh! I was wrong! He meant all the underhanded things his opponents HAVEN’T EVER DONE!…(and still aren’t, by the way).
