Newspapers, eh. Haven’t seen one in a while.

so if you email Mr. McKee, would he send back a formula and protocol of how to submit a Pluggers idea?

It would be nice to get an email from the artist saying he was definitely using the submission, at some point. Is he too busy? Is he never allowed to do so, because rules? Or is it AOL’s fault?

I wait every morning to read the replies to my comments…

Yeah, I submitted one about a year ago and have never seen it.

I’d be tempted to say today’s strip is a little “meta”, but I don’t think that’s a word in the plugger-verse ;)

TRUE pluggers check every day looking for a panel about pluggers checking every day to see if their idea has been used.

You’re a plugger if you read the newspaper. Not online.

Our good ideas seldom make it in print.. It’s at the barber shop is where you tryout ideas

Boy, you’ve got that right. After years of thinking thinking about sending in some ideas I finally got around to sending in three sure-fire winners . . . on the very day the original cartoonist announced his retirement! Am sure they must have gotten lost in the transition. :- )
