Well Opal you love turkey and you know it.

Opal, that was uncalled for. He did something sweet and you threw it in his face.

Speaking for myself, I greatly enjoyed the joke. It snuck up on me. However, it isn’t nice the way Opal responded. On her behalf I would say she really has the blues.

Reminds me of a Jack Benny show I heard recently. Jack notices a candy cane missing from his tree. He gets Mary under the mistletoe for a kiss. Instead of romance, he steps back and shouts, “Aha, I knew you took that candy cane!” Such a funny, stingy character.

That one made me laugh out loud.
