Same answer I got when I asked how car tags were priced in Oklahoma. The fellow was nice enough to explain the formula however. I believe my answer was “You’re kidding, right?”. Within a year the “formula” was replaced with a tiered price arrangement.

Explain it to me so I’ll understand. I want reasons – not flimsy excuses.
