Probably related to the black lab I had- she didn’t like the water and she never learned to retrieve. Major fail.

Our dog is a lab/hound rescue. I think he was a failed hunting dog. He’s terrified of fireworks, thunder, loud music. We told him he would never have to carry dead things in his mouth.

And Mittens thinks, ‘I am going to keep paddling to the shore, to eat this despicable duck on my own!’

Whatever that cat’s up to its BIG!

A cat who LIKES going into the water?

Must of been a wet dream … cruising through the Gulf Stream ….

Thats ok Glove I’m sure there are things you do better than Mittens.

Again, as we get further away from the occasional “help” rendered by Mr Martin, it gets funnier.

“Fetch the duck Mittens, haw!” “Next time just put ’em in a sack with some rocks in it.”

Mitten is the only cat that I might want to own….

Who needs the gun? My cat brought home a full-size rabbit she had killed. She meowed for half an hour to let me know it was coming, as she struggled to finally get it over the six-foot fence. She was very proud but I think it was just too much trouble. There was ever only the one.
