I like going into thrift shops that sell clothes and look for well broken in flannel shirts. They make great light jackets for spring and fall. I have an Arrow maroon corduroy shirt that I have practically worn to shreds. I have tried to find another to replace it, but haven’t found just the right one yet. My other “jackets” have been “borrowed” by my daughter.

That’s too small to fit her husband, though.

Plugger females have been known to wear flannel plaid shirts. They go well over the thermal undershirts in ultra-soft, ultra-fine wool.

Doesn’t matter as a Plugger likes any plaid flannel shirt. It’s one of the few shirts we wear out from use.

Let’s face it plaid is a Pluggers favorite color.

I’m fairly happy with my yellow/black plaid.

only Buffalo plaid will do, and alas, the jeans are now relaxed fit as boot cut makes my legs look like over stuffed genoa salami.

Somehow they can fit the season: bluish skies, winter greeneries and redish pink skies. The Lord prepared Earth to supply many wonderful colors.
