It really depends on your definition of organic. For instance I was very confused the first time I saw “organic salt”.Now a days organic doesn’t just mean “derived from living matter”, it also means “made without chemical fertilizers or pesticides”, so technically if you really push the definition you might be able say apps are organic, which would probably be enough for Rita to run with the idea, and leave Jay kicking himself for knowing how to stop her
