It’s an auto parts store – my guess is he just looked at one of the bottles on the shelf (Lucas Fuel Treatment maybe?) :-P

Some girls have him as a boyfriend too, when a creep asks her out, “Sorry, my Lucas is very jealous. He might break your arms if he sees you hanging around me.”

An honest businessman knows all his employees’ virtues and faults.

Kind of like “Captain Tuttle” in a famous M*A*S*H episode.

The customers don’t care what your excuse it. They just want you to make it right.

I actually had an employer/company owner who used that tactic for complaints:

“ You need to call back and ask for Mr. Jones; he isn’t here right now”. There wasn’t a Mr. Jones.

That works.

We could have used an employee like that where I worked, lol
