I lived in Brown County, Ohio 11 years, ONE time we got a fair amount of snow, they implemented an emergency “No vehicles without 4WD, allowed on roads”, and called in the national guard. They simply haven’t got the equipment to get rid of the snow.
They will be at school when the storm hits and won’t be able to leave.
