Well, seeing the way Refurb sheds parts resulting in a continuous demand for replacements of said parts, I suppose it makes some degree of business sense to produce all-new parts to add-on that Refurb can then go about losing and needing replacing too.

Refurb isn’t discontinued. He’s a one-of-a-kind ’bot built out of random parts.
