I wondered what that noise was? A chafed ass from dragging it.

C’mon, Aunty! I always figured you were more of a dragon lady than a draggin’ lady!

I have had a bad back for some time, and now Arthritis has also entered the picture. I’m just now recovering from an incident that happened two weeks ago. What I’m actually posting about is that I thought I’d try a different type of back brace this time. The type I had before was the larger “right over the belly button” kind, which is what was given to me by the Physical Therapist. Since the injury that gave me the weak back was in the Lumbar area, I ordered a smaller Sacroiliac-type brace, worn slightly under the belly button. Although I have only been wearing it for two days, it seems to be helping somewhat better than the other kind.

Braggin’, naggin’, draggin’ and saggin’.

There comes a time in life when you must look back to see what fell off or is draggin’ in the dirt.

That was me this AM. New Diabetic medication having its fun. Hopefully I will adjust to it soon.
