For a mean girl, Dakota sure isn’t a very good liar.

I knew kids that really were that oblivious in elementary school. It really didn’t occur to them how much damage they were doing. the only difference was they didn’t just say mean things, they ganged up on you and beat the hell out of you. And they still do it. I lost a child because of this level of bullying.

I suffered that sort of thing a lot in school. Unfortunately I took too much of it to heart which left emotional scars which haunt me even after decades and makes it difficult for me to associate in person with other people. I wish I’d been a bit more thick skinned about it!

Phoebe is lot more mature than she’s probably given credit for! I love the way she keeps her cool around Dakota.

I think they should have Marigold cast the Shield of Boringness on Alejandra’s party.

You know, experiencing Alejandra’s teasing like this might just end up being a good thing for Dakota in the end.

Dakota’s Adagio Dazzle hair looks better and better with every strip she’s in.

“It’s our thing!” This is where you realize how different Dakota and Pheobe are from each other. We always knew they were different, but Pheobe would have had a waayy different response.

Sadly, I’m starting to like Dakota…

You insult her all the time but you actually like her…so those don’t count. Got it. It sounds like Phoebe is supposed to magically recognize the difference between friendly teasing, currying favor with the popular crowd, and real insults.

Does Marigold have a spell for that?
