Having just wheeled the trash out to the curb about 20 minutes ago, and being prone 30 minutes ago, I can relate.
i was thinking a man with an able son to do the job.

When you go vertical though, and you ultimately will, than you are now in “position” to take out the garbage. Enjoy……
