I’ve been retired for 3 weeks now, and already put on 5 pounds! Sigh! Cold weather keeps me from going on my long walks. I get bored with the treadmill and elliptical and I don’t want to go to the gym because of Covid.
Well, my “personal growth” is causing my silhouette appearance to evolve. I’m evolving into either the Buddha or Alfred Hitchcock. Still to early to say exactly which. . . .

I have a friend who was hospitalized with Covid, and he lost 30 pounds – so it’s good to be a bit overweight just in case you end up like him.
