I wonder if they were the guys who did the de-icing on Air Florida flight 14. (Howard Stern was the morning disc jockey at station WWDC in Washington, D.C. at the time. He called the Air Florida Ticket Counter at D.C. National airport and asked how much was a one-way ticket to the 14th Street bridge.)
Ooops- I think I just hit a fuel line with this pick. But I’m not going to lose my job over it. We’ll let it play out and we can always say that Shatner was right and it was a plane gremlin!
