OH SURE!!!! WHY DIDN’T YOU RUN THIS ONE YESTERDAY INSTEAD OF IT’S USUAL TIME? Then maybe Hoss (aka the Cub Cadet snowblower) wouldn’t have sheered off two of the sheer pins and we’d have been able to clear the entire drive instead of having to get out the Little Joe (aka the Little Joe sidewalk/walkway electric snowblower) and clear enough to get cars out today. Couldn’t find the sheer pins we know we’re supposed to have for the Cub Cadet (we laid them down in the workshop where at the time we knew exactly where to find them when we needed them, unfortunately that was months ago and we don’t know where that was) so had to wait until today to get them. Could have used that no curses wish yesterday.

Okay, who or what is snoring? I get the zzzzz’s from Wigglesworth. It’s the ones from the roof that are bugging me. Is the entire hut asleep and snoring? Is there something that lives in the hut that runs it? I don’t know which is a scarier thought – That the hut itself is an entity or that it’s not.

I’m baking pork ribs. The cat appears to plan on spending the whole day curled up in the middle of the living-room carpet. The man is sitting at one of his computers.

Another sad, empty week begins. The urge to bite random passers by mounts. I’m grateful I haven’t set any fires or made prank calls.
