When I had some sessions with a personal trainer at the gym he asked me what my fitness goals were. I told him, “To look down and see my feet.” He wrote it in my chart! LOL :-)
One time when I was at our downtown transit center, there was a driver standing at the bus door, and all you could see of him was his belly hanging out. It spoke volumes of the dietary habits of so many in the driving profession.
