Before I go to sleep, I’d just like to thank you all for your wonderful comments regarding my photo(s) yesterday. I have not changed it to that one on Flickr, I haven’t changed it at all in fact. RJM will back me up on that, he found my FB profile and can see when I change my profile pic.
Regarding the dress I’m wearing, it’s my favourite garment and I’ve had it for almost 3 years.
my older brother’s mother-in-law is from Blackpool (wonder if he’ll ever meet his wife’s British relatives as soon as COVID permits international travel again)
@Number Three Today’s strip IS funny , as usual our HERO Mr Andrew Capp is clueless , he mistook the tear in Flo’s eye was for missing him not being sorry that he will return :o) and it also reminds me of the time when you gave links to songs in this case " I’ll be your long haired lover from Liverpool" ,my avatar is a spoof of mums having a third eye at the back of their heads, I used to believe mine when she said that , how was your day ? ours should be very busy but calm I hope , we are both in a good mood , it’s not raining and not in complete lockdown yet but now because of Brexit if we travel to England we need a passport and have to pay excise duty , the same is for Brits , keep safe and thanks for caring young Lady
I done an online calculator prediction of when I would most likely recieve the COVID vaccine and it’s 2022 for me! Subject to change of course. But I’m not sure how accurate it is. I’m not in the “vulnerable” category so it’s understandable.
On a brighter note, I’m going to order some of my favourite Peppermint bath salts as a late New Year’s treat for myself. All natural ingredients. The smell is beautiful when you pour them in a running bath. A bit overpowering but in a very good way.
I used to buy them in an indoor market and have become good friends with the woman who has the stall. She makes them all herself. But because of COVID, she has had to sell them on her website instead.

She had visions of the household budget lasting beyond a week for a change.

I’ve been to Blackpool about 3 times. I always went with my Auntie. We stayed at Adelaide House Hotel. A most wonderful, family feeling establishment.

Obviously, absence doesn’t always make the heart grow fonder.
