Reminds me of an event involving a long and frizzy haired friend back in our college days. (My Dad called him “Haystack”.) We were at his parents house with a few others, it was a sort of informal dinner party as his whole family were rather gregarious. Anyway, Haystack was walking down the narrow hallway to the john, which had a couple of lit candle sconces on the wall, and had to make way for oncoming traffic. His naturally bushy coiffure got into a candle flame, and up it went. Fortunately, they snuffed the fire out without injury, but he did look a little lopsided until he got a haircut calculated to balance it out a day or two later.
