I had a pug who hated the cold! even in her sweater, she’d do her business and as I had to pick up because I do, she was pulling at the leash looking at me saying “leave it i’m outta here”

Boston terriers really can’t withstand cold weather long. Mine hates it.

Small short-haired dogs are definitely not up to that kind of weather. They are basically all surface area with little insulation.
