Thanks for the chuckle. I totally understand, having lived in a couple of the Nordic Countries for awhile. Oh, yeah: extra-brrrrrrr! One spring it finally got above freezing in mid-April, and that was the forecast high temperature. One put on as much clothing as possible.

I spend 15 minutes getting ready for a dog walk this time of year, but we walk for several miles, which is about 2 hours, counting sniffing time and meandering. So it’s worth it. Worth it to my dog, that is. I would be happy staying indoors, but she hasn’t mastered the art of using a toilet. Won’t even discuss it. Just kidding about the toilet, but not about the 16 degree walk this morning.
