I resent that Mrs Olsen. I’m a Type B personality.

You could be a Type O. They’re compatible with Types A, B and AB.

At least Mrs. Olsen has some self-awareness.

What about putting role models on a circular scale (a wheel?) instead of a linear scale?

The correct term is cautionary tale, not role model Z.

I’m surprised Mrs. Olsen isn’t correcting Caulfield’s poor english in the first panel. (Should be “there are”, not “there’s” or “there is”. ‘Role models’ is plural. This concludes our english lesson for today.

She does herself a disservice. I think Mrs. Olsen is in the 1st half of the alphabet instead of the dead middle.

To be M-ish, would Mrs. Olsen need to drive a horse-drawn carriage to school?

I like that she is listening and wanting to score well.

A, B and AB are deadly for O’s.

Often I am a bit harsh on Caufield – but he gets credit for recognizing that life is mostly about sorting through the gray. If it were as easy as A vs. Z then we all would be doing the same thing.

She doesn’t see herself as a role model. As a type B I understand. Many of us have bought into the lie that type A’s run the world. We need to accept and care instead of criticize and judge one another. Mrs. O. is trying but she’s stuck in the middle.

This arc needs some TLC PDQ or ASAP.

We could say he wants to emulate Frazz, but why should he? He is Frazz. The writer just made two characters with almost the exact same personality, which just makes their conversations soooooo fascinating.

The dictionary says that a role model is someone to be imitated, so the second part of his statement is false.
